  Just called and spoke to "Carlos" asking if I could pay for a charger over the phone and have my daughter pick it up. He hung up on me. I thought surely it was a mistake. So I called back. He yelled and said he was the only one working and didn't have time to talk and hung up before I could utter a sound. I was appalled. II wanted to inform him I would be reaching out to his manager and to report his behaviour. When I said, "excuse me carlos," he hung up again. I really havent been treated so poorly by another person getting paid to be courteous to others. It was disgusting. He should be fired.
