  They kept me waiting about 10 minutes before somebody got to me, but I finally purchased an iPhone 7. They asked me for my email assuring me they would not send me spam, and it was only to send the receipt. The next day, I got spam from Apple. The email started out by saying, "thank you for your purchase," and then went into the sales pitch. When I called them to complain and ask to be taken off their spam list, I got transferred 3 times to a woman who was trying to convince me that this was a spoof email and wasn't really from Apple. Yeah, I'm sure that's just a wild coincidence that in 52 years I never received a single communication from Apple, but then when I buy an iphone and give them my email, I get spam the very next day. Wild coincidence! I'm writing the letter to Tim Cook right now to complain. I'll cc the store.

  Horrible experience. I would give zero star if there was an option. Long wait hours. Had to go back 3 times for the same problem, each time waiting greater than 1 hour just to be told that they cannot do anything to repair my son's iPad which is 4 years old and crashes frequently. Apparently, there is only one choice: to buy a new one. Apple products according to the technician are not supposed to last that long. If you want to change an appointment, do not bother calling the store. You will never reach them. After 45 minutes of hold and scratchy music that hurt my ears, I found out the person who eventually picked up was not a part of the store and had to put me on more hold to contact them on my behalf. I hope I will never have to visit apple store again.
