  After a terrible experience at the GameStop inside the same mall, the sales associate at Hot Topic, Nicole, completely made my day. I had called earlier and talked to her on the phone about putting an item on hold. She told me it was in pretty bad shape, but I decided to come in and take a look anyways. When I came into the store, she remembered talking to me on the phone and told me she had found another one after she hung up that I could look at to compare and see which one I wanted. When I asked if it was in better shape she told me "well that is objective so I will let you look and decide." The other one was in PERFECT condition. Other than just coming through with the item for me (and using the right language to avoid a potential let down), she was just friendly and helpful all around. Thanks Nicole.
