My customers are happy with the performance of their speakers and pricing. I have had a few items defective or not last forever, but overall I'm still happy with the value and continue to purchase my speakers here. Also, I did a few jobs for the owner and his wife years ago. They are wonderful people and they are always nice and come out of their office to see me if I'm there. I usually walk in and dont order from website so I can't rate that service.
