  Vannah (spelling ???) was very helpful and nice. I went in to return my wife’s bra that was to small and saw vannah was helping another gentleman so I politely waited figuring she knew her stuff. I was more than pleased her assistance. The waiting in line was long but that’s just the way it is. Victoria secret is a big name and you wait to get what you need

  It's extremely irritating that there's so many staff members on the floor to make sales but not enough registers open for 4 lines to flow and stay flowing. And there's never anyone to check out on the pink side so it's irritating. Like what is the register there for to decorate!?
